Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had recently been upgraded, but the strong smell of adhesive was quite invasive. The room was suitable for my son and me but tiny compared to our travel companions. The service, from room service to the behavior of the front-office staff during check-out, was subpar. On the positive side, the location was excellent, with easy access to various attractions and markets. The dining experience was decent, but the room service lacked efficiency. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
I stayed on the 15th floor of this very narrow but surprisingly large hotel with super views of the city. The rooms were not very soundproof; I could even hear people talking clearly along the corridors. I would not recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant as the prices were very expensive, and the pool needed some TLC. Despite staying in several other hotels throughout Vietnam, this was the worst experience I had. I would suggest looking for accommodation elsewhere, although the rooftop pool was a nice feature.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service with helpful staff, and a central location near shops and markets. However, the dining experience was inconsistent with some dishes not meeting expectations. The facilities were good overall, offering convenience for guests.
The hotel offers bright and clean rooms, along with helpful service and a convenient location. However, the dining options may be limited, and prices are a bit high.
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access markets and historical sites, although the rooms suffer from poor lighting which may be challenging for those with visual impairments. The service quality varies, ranging from helpful assistance to disappointing interactions. The dining experience offers a good selection of hot and cold foods, but some aspects may not meet expectations. Overall, the hotel provides an excellent location but falls short in certain areas.
The hotel was not very soundproof, making it easy to hear conversations along the corridors, and the lunch and dinner prices were expensive. The pool could use some maintenance, giving me a less favorable impression compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. The room felt a bit small and dated, not matching the website's pictures. Despite the location and price, I would suggest looking for accommodation elsewhere.
